All guests who have booked Breezewood Wonders via the company's website can log into their accounts to cancel their bookings themselves. If a refund is requested in the Breezewood Wonders wallet account, it will be reflected immediately and can be used for future bookings. Guests are requested to refrain from reaching out via other communication channels for cancellations.For bookings made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com, MMT, Expedia, etc., guests must directly connect with the respective platform for cancellations. Breezewood Wonders will not be liable for handling such cancellation requests..

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

100% Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking (hotel/hostel/workation) up to 7 days prior to the check-in date. Refunds will be processed either to the Breezewood Wonders wallet or the original payment source. If the refund is to the original payment source, processing may take 5 to 7 working days. Payment gateway charges at the time of booking are non-refundable.50% Refund: Guests canceling their bookings up to 4 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund, credited only to the Breezewood Wonders wallet for future use. Payment gateway charges remain non-refundable.No Refund: Cancellations made within 4 days of check-in or in the case of a no-show (guest does not arrive at the hotel) will not be eligible for any refund.Important Policies:Changes to check-in or check-out dates are not permitted. Guests must cancel and make a new booking if they wish to change their dates.Transfers between different Breezewood Wonders properties are not allowed. The following terms apply to bookings made directly via our official website (www.breezewoodwonders.com) and payments made through our authorized payment gateway system. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Breezewood Wonders reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions at any time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Some features or services of the site may be governed by additional terms and conditions, which will be notified accordingly. Early Check-In The property reserves the right to charge an early check-in fee based on availability and the time of arrival before the standard check-in time. Early Check-Out Early departure is subject to approval by the front office. Additional fees may apply depending on the reservation policy and length of stay. Cancellation Policy Guests who book directly through the Breezewood Wonders website may log in to their accounts to cancel their reservations. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation timeline and method chosen at the time of booking. Guests who book through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) must process cancellations directly with the respective booking platform. Booking Modifications Changes to check-in and check-out dates are not permitted once booked. Guests must cancel their booking and make a new reservation if necessary. Transfers between rooms or to other locations within the property are subject to availability and management discretion. Payment Policy Guests must provide proof of payment to the reservation department within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure their stay. Failure to submit proof of payment within this period may result in cancellation without further notice. Payment gateway charges incurred at the time of booking are non-refundable.
